No, We are a contract-free company, So you don’t need to worry about being locked into a home service program.
Suppose you need to cancel or skip a cleaning day. In that case, we ask that you contact the Max Cleaning office three business days before your following service schedule.
Suppose your pet is comfortable being around new people. Having the pet at home during cleaning will be acceptable in that case.
Suppose a pet is not comfortable around new people or noises. In that case, we ask that the pet be contained in a manner in which they cannot interact with the cleaners.
Max Cleaning team members are comfortable with pets. Still, suppose a pet is acting in a threatening manner toward our cleaners. In that case, our team will leave home immediately until we can reach you to find a solution.
Please Note: We do NOT walk, feed or clean up urine or feces left by animals.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and if we miss any area within your home or don’t clean it to your satisfaction, we’ll return the next business day and re-clean it.
Payment is due on the day we close the job. We accept all major credit–debit cards. You choose what’s convenient for you.
