If you have any concerns regarding our home cleaning service, don’t hesitate to contact us.
In your busy life, we understand that things come up suddenly. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, we require a two business day notice.
If Max Cleaning Service receives less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you the full price of your cleaning.
If you need to make changes in your services and schedule, you must contact our office. Service change, additional services requests, termination of regularly scheduled cleanings must be in writing.
Recurring service is priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that our company observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.
24 HOURS GUARANTEED
We go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the service we provide. However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours.
We will come back and clean the specific area (s) that didn’t meet your expectation. Professional cleaning isn’t complete without your satisfaction.
Yes! We are a pet-friendly and believe it is Ok to have pets in the house while we clean. If your pet is aggressive, we recommend leaving your pet in a gated area to ensure the safety of our team.
If you are not home when our team arrives, you can always email or call the office before our arrival with any instruction you may think is useful regarding your pet.
Please note. Our service provider does not clean pets waste and does not feed your pet.
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, cash, or check. Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.
We keep your card on file to fulfill the balance due after each cleaning. We charge a $25 fee for each returned check.
The nature of our service requires us to touch and move the items around your home to clean. During the cleaning process, if by accident, we damage or break anything. Don’t worry.
Max Cleaning Service is bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred.
If you have collectibles, sentimental items, or an object that can’t be replaced, you must inform our office during the scheduling process.
Please note. Max Cleaning Service liability does not cover Collectibles, sentimental items, and hard to find items. Breakage/loss notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
