Max Cleaning is a contract-free company; So you don't need to worry about being locked into a home service program.
If you need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, we ask that you contact the Max Cleaning office three business days before your next service schedule.

2 Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?
No, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to your home. We also use environmentally responsible chemicals and eco-friendly practices.
3 How many people will clean my house?
Our cleaning professionals work in small teams of two or three; it depends on the job's size at hand.
4 What if something gets damaged?
Our team will handle every single item within your home with care. But, we understand that an accident happens.
If something happens to break during our cleaning process, we’ll repair it, replace or reimburse the purchased price.
Max Cleaning is fully insured, so you can have peace of mind when we enter your home.
5 How can I pay for services?
Max Cleaning accept all major credit card, cash, and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service is complete.
6 Will I always have the same cleaning team?
Our goal is to have the same team cleaning your home each visit. Occasionally the crew may change due to illness, vacations, a day off, and staff changes
But you don't need to worry! If your regular maid is out, we will send another service provider who has passed through extensive training just as your regular.
